EXHIBIT24 - June Marriott Gallery Program

The June Marriott Gallery Program aims to :

Support the presentation of new work by local established, emerging and community makers
Build the visibility of contemporary craft from the Northern Territory
Exhibit high quality craft to local, regional and international audiences
Engage and educate individuals and groups in craft and design practice
Enhance cross-cultural partnerships that create opportunities for innovation in craft practice

Applications will be assessed on:

Providing a wide variety of makers throughout the year (established, emerging and community)
Exhibitions that consider the location and context
Artistic merit and innovation
The Director reserves the right to make the final decision about what is exhibited

Cost:

Exhibition length - typically 17 days open on Thursday 6pm, close Sat 2pm, across 3 weekends.
Gallery Hire $15 /$30 per day (Member/ Non) plus 1 day set up (18 days = $270 for Members)
Insurance $2.50 / $5 per day (Member/ Non) (18 days = $45 for Members)
35% commission fee on sales (or 25% for active volunteer - 4hrs /month)

We provide:

Digital promotion of exhibition through our website, social media platforms, e-Newsletter and other online resources
Design & supply of promotional assets - Sq format (Insta/FBook), A4/A3 poster (10 x prints), 3 x A3 A frame signs, A3 interpretation poster x1, please supply all necessary logos.
Plinths, hanging system, list of works / sales list (these must be provided within 3 days of opening)
Professional installation guidance, the artist is responsible for hanging but we can support
Coordination of artwork sales at the opening and during shop hours (Mon-Fri 10am to 2pm)
